Documentation required

The following important documents are required to be completed for group travel on P&O Ferries:
Please check the list of documents for those required for your travel

Passenger list (Calais-Dover only)
Must be completed prior to arrival at the port and handed into our staff at check-in. Please retain a copy.

Supporter groups (Calais-Dover only)
Must be completed and returned with your booking request. Your booking will not be actioned if this document is not received.

Behaviour of young persons (Calais-Dover only)
The Group Leader is required to brief their young party regarding Health & Safety on board P&O Ferries; complete this form and hand into our Receptionist at the Information Desk.

Passenger cabin list (Rotterdam/Zeebrugge only)
Must be completed and returned no later than 28 days prior to travel. Please retain a copy.
